Quick start

5 steps to set up Glanevo in 5 minutes. The note under each step helps you make the most efficient use of your salon's capacity.

Create an account

Sign up at panel.glanevo.com with your email address, your salon's name, and your country. The confirmation email arrives within 30 seconds.

Tip — There's an Enterprise account for businesses with multiple branches; just reach our sales team via the contact page.

Address, phone, business hours, tax number. Autocomplete comes from a European address database.

Tip — The VKN field for Turkey and the VAT ID field for the EU are formatted automatically.

Choose from the ready-made template library (hair salon / barber / spa / clinic) or add from scratch. Split duration into active/passive time.

Tip — Once D-CCM knows the active/passive durations, conflict resolution kicks in automatically.

Name, email, role, and commission percentage. An invite email is sent, including the mobile app link.

Tip — Your staff clocks in via QR code from the mobile app, views their shift, and opens customer cards.

Add the customer (manually, or let them come through online booking). Choose the service, date, and staff member. Done.

Tip — Put your online booking link on your Instagram profile, your WhatsApp, and your Google Business listing. Your customers can book 24/7.
