Core
Appointment Management
Who's with which stylist, and at what time. Drag an appointment to a new slot; if it clashes, the calendar warns you before it saves. Customers can also book straight from their phone.
Calendar
Month, week, day — three views. Every stylist's appointments in their own colour. Syncs both ways with the Google or Apple calendar on your phone.
Services & Categories
Your service list: name, duration, price. Mark who can perform which service here too — so a booking never lands on someone who can't do that job.
Stock Management
Track colour and product counts. Items nearing expiry surface first, low stock triggers a warning, and spillage is logged as waste. You can see exactly how much profit each product brings in.
Purchasing
Order from your supplier, compare prices, reorder automatically when stock runs low. It reads the same numbers as your stock — no second ledger to keep.
Group Classes
Classes with a capacity, slotted into a weekly schedule: a pilates session, a dance course, a workshop. You set how many people each class takes, and sign-ups close once it's full. The class calendar lives alongside the appointment calendar, so a staff member never ends up booked in two places at once.
Events & Classes
Training sessions, workshops and group sessions: capacity, price, who's signed up. Photos live on the same record.
Salon Orders
Track custom orders — bridal packages, gala prep, at-home visits and other specialised bookings and deliveries.
Asset Tracking
Your salon's fixed assets: chairs, basins, dryers, equipment. When maintenance is due, when the insurance runs out, and what it's still worth on the books.
Customer
Customer Management
What doesn't work for whose hair, what was done last time, which photos were taken — it's all on the customer's card. The consent form lives on the same card.
Documents
Consent forms, contracts, anything a customer signs. The signed copy sits in the archive and downloads whenever you need it.
Laboratory
Which shade, what ratio, how many minutes — all written down. Allergy warnings, before/after photos and the customer's signature sit on the same record.
Messages
WhatsApp, SMS, email, Instagram and website chat, all on one screen. Whoever starts a conversation can hand it off, and the next person picks up right where it left off.
Loyalty & Membership
Points, tiers, gift cards and a reward for bringing a friend. Exactly how many points each customer has saved up is right there on their card.
Fitness
Membership packages and member records: who's on which package, and when it expires. Check-in and check-out at the door is logged, and each member's training programme is written on their card. You can even link data from a smartwatch to that same card.
Contracts
Contracts and consent forms sit ready to go: customer consent, staff contracts. Signed on screen, kept in the archive.
Finance
Till
Card, cash, split payments and tips all on the same receipt. The Z report is ready at closing, VAT is already broken out, and staff commission is calculated the moment the sale happens.
Customer Tab
The tab stays open while the customer is in the chair: hair service, coffee, any product they buy gets added on. It closes in one go when they leave — payment can be split, and the tip is recorded separately.
Subscriptions
Sell monthly memberships and packages: ten sessions paid upfront, or a membership that renews itself every month. Payment is collected automatically when it's due.
Accounting
Issue invoices, log expenses, see your tax at a glance. Connect your bank account and each payment matches its receipt automatically.
e-Invoice (TR)
GİB e-Invoice and e-Archive — issue, send and track them. e-Delivery Note, e-Self-Employment Receipt and e-Ledger are on our roadmap.
e-Invoice (EU)
PL KSeF, DE XRechnung, RO e-Factura, ES VeriFactu, Peppol (NL/BE/SE/NO/DK/FI). Europe's invoicing standards.

Send campaigns by SMS, email and WhatsApp. Test two different messages and see which one lands; how many appointments a campaign brought in stays on record.
Online Store
Sell the products you carry in the salon online too. Stock reads the same numbers, with shipping and payment built in.

Publish your salon's own articles. Built to show up in search, in more than one language.
Website Editor
Build your salon's website yourself, with no separate program to maintain. Booking and payment work right inside the site.

Technology
Setup & Settings
Your salon's whole setup in one place: opening hours, locations, team permissions, tax and country settings. This is also where you choose which modules are switched on. It isn't a module you buy either — it's open on every plan. Set it up once, and every other screen reads from these settings.
Reports
Daily revenue, average spend per customer, who's drifting away, which service is performing. You don't wait for month's end to see the numbers.
Glanevo AI
There's no one to pick up the phone while you're mid-cut. Glanevo AI answers appointment requests coming in on WhatsApp, finds an open slot, and sends a reminder beforehand. It speaks 26 languages.
Automations
