Laboratory

Which shade, what ratio, how many minutes — all written down. Allergy warnings, before/after photos and the customer's signature sit on the same record.

What can you do with Laboratory?

  • The formula doesn't stay on paperRecord the mix once: which shade, what ratio, how many minutes. The same colour comes out the same way next time too.
  • Allergy warningsWhatever a customer has reacted to before is written on their card. If that ingredient turns up in a formula, the system warns you before it's applied.
  • Photo and signatureEvery treatment logs a before/after photo and the customer's signature. If a dispute comes up later, you have the record.

D-CCM opens up the colour waiting time in the calendar; Laboratory records what that colour actually was. Together they close the day.

How a formula gets recorded

Laboratory is not a separate ledger; it is a record you open from inside the appointment.

The formula is writtenShade, ratio, developer and waiting time are saved as a formula. The products used come off stock, so the cost falls out on its own.
It attaches to the cardThe formula is matched to that day's appointment and customer record. Before/after photos and the customer's consent sit on the same record.
It opens again next timeWhen the customer returns, nobody has to reconstruct “what did we do last time”. The last formula is right there on the card — you build on it instead of starting over.

Paper and memory do not scale

So the formula is not lost

If the mix lives in one stylist's head or in a notebook in a drawer, the work breaks the moment staff or branch changes. The customer asks for the same colour and the salon cannot reproduce it.

  • The formula belongs to the customer, not the stylist
  • The record stays put even across branches
  • Colour consistency stops being a matter of luck

Allergens on the same card

The note about a past reaction sits next to the formula. The pre-treatment check is not looked up in a separate file.

  • The allergen note lives on the customer card
  • The pre-treatment check is on the same screen
  • Consent and the photo archive stay on record

A hair salon in Karaköy

Burcu has been colouring hair for twelve years and logs every one of her multi-tone treatments. On a customer's first visit, any allergy goes straight onto their card. By the third visit, the formula becomes “the usual” — so when Burcu is on leave, her assistant can match the exact same colour.

There are four plans and each builds on the one below it: whatever's in the lower plan stays in the one above it, with a few more modules added on top. So upgrading never means losing what you already have.
