How long does the demo take?
30 minutes. It's a screen-share tour tailored to your salon — we walk through booking flow, checkout, WhatsApp, and Glanevo AI. Someone from the team answers your questions live.
How do I migrate data from my current software?
Customer, appointment, and product data is imported once (CSV / Excel / API). Ready-made templates exist for common software; it's completed within 24–48 hours per salon.
Where is salon data stored, and how do you meet KVKK / GDPR obligations?
All salon data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted in the European Union, in Frankfurt, Germany (Neon). How we meet our data protection obligations is explained in our Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement and Sub-processors pages.
What languages is support available in?
We provide live support in Turkish (09:00–22:00), English, and German. Email and in-app messaging are available in the remaining 23 languages; Glanevo AI answers in all 26 languages.
Are there custom packages not listed on the pricing page?
We offer enterprise agreements for chains with 5+ salons and franchise structures. Write to our sales team — we'll send a quote covering setup, training, and custom integration.
