Glanevo AI

There's no one to pick up the phone while you're mid-cut. Glanevo AI answers appointment requests coming in on WhatsApp, finds an open slot, and sends a reminder beforehand. It speaks 26 languages.

What can you do with Glanevo AI?

  • A message at two in the morning doesn't go unansweredEven if a customer writes on WhatsApp at 2am, they get a reply: it names an open slot, books the appointment, and sends a reminder beforehand.
  • It remembers a customer's habitsIf someone always comes in Monday afternoon, that's the slot it offers first. If they always ask for the same stylist, it remembers — the customer never has to explain themselves twice.
  • A no-show doesn't fall through the cracksA reminder goes out a day before the appointment, and a confirmation check two hours before. If the customer still doesn't show, a new date is offered for the slot that opened up.

How you run it

Glanevo AI is not another chat box; it leaves its work inside the screens you already use — like the suggestion box on the appointment screen above. There are three levels and you pick the level; on the default setting nothing goes out until you approve it, and you can grant full authority whenever you want.

Draft onlyThe assistant writes, you read. Nothing reaches the customer. A new salon starts here.
You approve line by lineYou send the draft waiting in the queue; if you do not like it, you fix it or throw it out. Most salons stay here as the pace picks up.
You release what you trustYou might open reminders — and only reminders — with full authority. Pull it back whenever you like; the setting turns from one place.

What each assistant watches

Keeping the chair full

An empty interval is the salon's quietest expense. The assistants on this side work to close it.

  • A reminder or deposit suggestion when no-show risk is high
  • A short offer to a customer who fits the empty hour
  • A call to the next person on the waiting list after a cancellation

Relationships and stock

Losing a customer is a quiet event; one day they simply stop coming. This side notices the silence.

  • A gentle nudge to customers who have been away a long time
  • A warning when a package or membership is running out
  • A reorder note before a colour product runs dry

Scissors in hand, the phone rings. There's no stepping away from a customer to answer it — and by the time there's a free moment, her hands are covered in dye. Appointment requests coming in on WhatsApp and Instagram no longer go unanswered: the calendar fills up without leaving anyone hanging.

Open from Pro onward. Also included in Studio and Enterprise.

There are four plans and each builds on the one below it: whatever's in the lower plan stays in the one above it, with a few more modules added on top. So upgrading never means losing what you already have.
