Inside the centre
This isn't about a colour lab — it's about packages, rooms and the checkout at the door.

Industry-specific flow
Manicure and pedicure, brows and lashes, skin care, laser hair removal, hair. Most beauty salons hold more than one specialism under a single roof; Glanevo brings every specialist's calendar, till and client card into one flow.
Unlike a hair salon, a beauty salon runs 4–5 different service categories in a single day. Glanevo plans each category with its own capacity and staff qualification; booking online, the client picks 'brow specialist Ayşe' or 'nail artist Zeynep'.
Package sales and monthly memberships are the main revenue line for beauty salons. A six-session facial package is tracked on a single client card; remaining sessions are deducted automatically and Glanevo AI sends a reminder as a package runs out.
Where it usually slips
A 6-session lash or 10-session skincare package sits on the card as a balance. When it runs out, a reminder draft can land in the Approval Box.
Lines get added all day and payment happens at the door. A forgotten treatment isn't a surprise at closing — the receipt lives in one place.
Both are resources. They never both read as 'busy' in the same hour, so bookings don't collide.

Modules chosen for what this industry needs, wired to one another through the D-CCM engine. All in one database, under one subscription.
Daily revenue, average spend per customer, who's drifting away, which service is performing. You don't wait for month's end to see the numbers.
Who's with which stylist, and at what time. Drag an appointment to a new slot; if it clashes, the calendar warns you before it saves. Customers can also book straight from their phone.
Month, week, day — three views. Every stylist's appointments in their own colour. Syncs both ways with the Google or Apple calendar on your phone.
What doesn't work for whose hair, what was done last time, which photos were taken — it's all on the customer's card. The consent form lives on the same card.
Your service list: name, duration, price. Mark who can perform which service here too — so a booking never lands on someone who can't do that job.
Card, cash, split payments and tips all on the same receipt. The Z report is ready at closing, VAT is already broken out, and staff commission is calculated the moment the sale happens.

How the industry uses it
Elif, the owner, works with three nail artists, two skin therapists and one brow-and-lash specialist. Each of them used to keep her own book, and appointments clashed four or five times a week. Since the move to Glanevo the client picks her specialist while booking online, and package sessions come off the card automatically. With the WhatsApp reminder no-shows fell 38%; manicure and brows for the same client on the same day go onto a single ticket.
Scenario — written before the Glanevo beta to make the product's capabilities concrete.
Plan recommendation
Pro for multiple specialities, package sales and WhatsApp reminders — subscription and loyalty modules are standard in growing beauty salons.
