Glanevo, founded in 2026, is an AI-powered salon management platform. D-CCM (Dynamic Conflict & Capacity Management) is a scheduling engine that separates a salon service's active and passive time to help salons use staff capacity more efficiently. It's built with a multi-country structure, multilingual infrastructure, and a modular licensing model. Data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt).
Long profile
Glanevo's founder has worked in hairdressing and salon operations since 1997, and is still active in the field today. The platform wasn't shaped by a software company looking in from the outside — it took form behind the chair, over years on the floor. The real problem the founder saw wasn't a lack of customers, it was “invisible labor” — the stylist cuts, the assistant colors, the apprentice washes, yet the ledger reads only “Customer 12: 200 TL.”
The D-CCM approach aims to close that gap: an active/passive time split, multi-staff appointment logging, seniority-based commission distribution, and a data feed into payroll preparation. Modeling active and passive time separately is the foundation of Glanevo's own, original D-CCM approach.
Glanevo positions itself as a digital-fairness manifesto for salon workers. The product is in early access; general availability is planned for the last quarter of 2026.
