Walk-in queue, different durations for beard and hair, fast checkout. Glanevo AI runs the queue from Instagram and a client takes a place over WhatsApp without opening an app. D-CCM choreographs the flow of clients to suit each barber.
The barber shop is where customer behaviour moves fastest. Walk-ins reach 70% and appointment discipline is low. Glanevo brings order: the customer taps the link in the Instagram bio, joins the digital queue and follows the remaining minutes on their phone.
Beard 12 min, hair 20 min, beard + hair 28 min. D-CCM counts these exactly; while a beard shampoo works in the next chair, the barber cuts another customer's hair. A single chair gains 3–4 customers a day.
